• Service tax of 10.3% is applicable on all charges. This may vary as per government rules and regulations
  
• Minimum Balance of Rs. 2,000 has to be maintained with EBS
  
• The Minimum Withdrawal amount for the Merchant from his account with EBS will be Rs.2,500/
  
• Annual Maintenance Charges along with service tax will be deducted from first transaction amount or thereafter accordingly.
  
• There is no need to open a separate bank account for acquiring funds. Funds will be transferred to your existing current account of your bank branch if it is participating in NEFT (National Electronic funds transfer).
  
• Please check here (http://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/neft.aspx) to know for your participating branch. If your bank is not among those listed here, cheque will be sent to you by courier every Saturday and the dispatch details of the same will be emailed to you.
  
• EBS will settle transaction payments on weekly basis. Transactions captured till Thursday midnight will be considered for settlement on or before following Monday

• Send application form to us by fax, courier or scanned copy by email with Set up fees
• On receipt of Application & Setup fee, our Approval team will evaluate the application and revert back to you on the approval, within 3 working days
• On approval, complete list of documents to be submitted to us for processing your A/c. will be intimated. Payment will only be refunded in 7 days only in case of rejection.
• We will send you test integration kit for integrating & testing it with your website.
• Your A/c. will be processed in 10 working days from receipt of required agreement.
• After processing of your account, EBS will generate a Login ID for your Website.
• Login ID will be given to you after intimation of successful completion of test integration process & live request, from your end.
